The exact number of bogus companies operated by Moss is currently unknown (and constantly changing). What is known is that some (if not all) of these companies are currently being investigated by the California Deparment of Real Estate, several lawsuits have been filed, the Better Business Bureau has given a least four of these companies ratings of "F".
